Bet of the Day: Race 5 #1 A Smile Bryan
Race 6 #6 Our Last Buck
Long Shot of the Day: Race 4 #2 Victory Built
Race 8 # 3 Fried Rice King
6- UNO - First time Starter for the Pletcher Barn who is 28% Percent over the last 5 years with babies Debuting. Jose Aboard today getting off the 1 in here to ride.
5- High Limit Room- Ships in here from Delaware and comes in here Turf to Dirt, with a solid performance on the dirt in his debut. Very Dangerous at 10-1.
4- Masked Marauder- Drops back down in class and cuts back in distance after stretching out to a mile and finishing 5th in Hallow150k Stakes. The Cut back to 6 furlongs where he only lost on his debut by 1 length and Irad staying aboard is Key.
3- Hangout 8-1 out of new Sure Upstart where his first Crop has already produced wins at 19% with his first time starters so far. David Donk barn is really on a hot streak right now sitting in second in the top trainer poles.
RACE 2- Catch on our Podcast and Life Feeds well see if it stays on the Turf or Not but
right now if it stays on the turf I like
9- Rift Valley
5- Not Phar Now
3- Ernie Banker
8- King Angelo
Happy Sophia- Should be the main speed in here, winning last time out for claimers of 16k and now drops in for 14k today and is 3 for 5 in the money with two wins and one third going this distance. If the track is sloppy she can also run on it where she is 1 for 2 in the money over a sloppy track.
6- Wicked Title- comes in here off a win as well going 6 in a half furlongs for claimers of 16k also drops down to the 14k level today for the Rudy Barn who is 50 percent in the money so far at this meet with 3 wins and 1 third out of 4 starts so far. Irad gets the call today.
2- Lookbothways- Came in here 2nd time off the bench after running pretty well coming in off the layoff last time out finishing 3rd at this level. 5 for 7 over this surface and 6 for 7 in the money going this distance. If we have a sloppy track she will be able to handle it fine being 3 for 5 in the money over a sloppy track.
7- Sky Kitten- Can be Dangerous in here, yes she is taking a big drop in class and if mostly a turf horse but has been facing much tough competition and should be able to be right in the thick of things over the dirt with this field. Barn doesnt go down to Florida for the winter so it’s either they drop her in for a tag or lay her up all winter.
5- Appletini - I liked it here last time out, ran ok finishing behind Hatty G who has been on a win streak after that win getting a nice win over Keeland. She can Flash some speed and id 4 for 9 in the money going this distance.
1 Rude Awaking- should be a short price here and not willing to take my chances on him after last time out dropping in claimers for 25k getting claimed and then having the claim voided by the vet after the race. To Short of a price with so many question marks
2- Victory Built- 12-1 - Has Been taking a big step forward the last two outings is 50 percent in the money so far in his career. Last time out faced a real tough bunch, and should be very dangerous here taking off the blinkers. If the track is Sloppy he is 2 for 2 so far over a wet surface.
5 Starship Bubba- Just got caught at the wire in his last outing when dropping down to the claimer of 16k level getting nailed at the wire by Brilliant Brooks who has won 2 straight now. The young Orlando Nada barn is always dangerous, Especially when Irad gets back aboard.
7- Spitalball- Comes in here and Goes Turf to Dirt and takes a drop in class. Is 1 for 2 in the money over a fast track and has been training with stablemate Fire Frenze who just ran in the Breeders Cup- Joel Rosario gets the call.
3- Money in the Bank- Comes in here off a win over a Muddy track going this distance for maiden 30k, Barn is very consistent and places his horses where they have the best shot of winning. Dylan Davis is staying abroad and Can run on and off the pace.
1A -Smile Bryan- comes in here first off the claim for the maker barn after snatching him up for 35k last time out where he ran second to a wire to wire winner. Has always been right in the thick of things can run on and off the turf as well as over a sloppy track. Barn has a great ROI 1st time off the claim.
6- Souper Highvoltage 12-1 - Ships in here for the Michael Trombetta barn 1st time out since being Gelded has been running constantly and is 1 for 1 over a muddy track if it gets off the turf which i think it will.
9 Light the Posse 20-1 - Should take a big step forward today coming in here 2nd time off the bench for the Charlton Baker barn after finishing 6th by only 5 lengths when coming off that almost 1 year layoff to Smile Bryan and Qian BC. It entered the turf today but if I get off the turf I think he will still be very dangerous being 50 percent in the money when running on Dirt.
Main Track only Entries
14- Twelfth Labour- Comes in here 1st time off the claim for the Chris Aliva barn, and jumps up to the 35k level today. Has always been right in the thick of things just falling short in his last couple outings after being claimed left and right by different barns. 2 for 4 over a sloppy track and I think he takes a big step forward today for new connections.
13- Mission Wrapitup- is 6 out of 9 in the money going this distance and 2 for 3 over this surface with running well over a wet track 1 out of 2 tries. Barn always places his horses where they are going to win, never running them over their head.
9 Rosey’s Peach- Goes Turf to Dirt, Cuts back in distance, adds blinkers on and drops down the first time for the tag. If she runs back to her race 2 back where she stalked the speed and finished 3rd scoring her best buyer finishing behind the winner No Mo Spending who has just won two in a row.
10 Miss Comedian- is coming off two 2nd place runner ups over at Finger lakes in MSW company, Irad Ortiz gets the call today with the barn having a good win percentage when bringing horses over from Finger lakes to run here.
11- Big Tony Girl- 2 year old filly out of Speightster makes her debut today for the James Ryerson barn with Jose Ortiz getting the call. Solid workout tabs in the am and i like the outside post she draws in here.
1 Khali Magic- coming off a nice second when switching over to the dirt 2nd time out and dropping in at this level for the first time. Rider Change to Carmouche - a great front end rider, which I like with them coming off the rail should be gunning for the lead here trying to take this wire to wire.
6- Wegottoldyougotsold- Comes in for the John Toscano Jr barn who has a great Roi first time off the claim, Drops this one in for 12,500 after claiming him for 25k last time out where he didn't pick up his feet. If he runs anywhere close to his race 2 and 3 back is going to be very tough to beat in here. Loves a Sloppy track where he is 4 for 4.
3 Fox Red- Has been running very consistently for the Wayne Potts barn who has been doing very well since making the change over to New York and New Jersey. Drops in for the 12500 tag today and should be the horse to beat in here. 5 for 8 over a sloppy Track.
4- Wushu Warrior- is very quick and should be the main speed in here. Coming in here 1st time off the claim for the Kantarmaci barn who has remarkable numbers first time off the claim.
8- OUR LAST BUCK- Has been running lights out with 3 wins and 2 seconds in his last 5 starts. 4 for 7 over this surface and 3 for 6 over a wet surface. Should be the one to beat in here and will be very tough to beat,
1- V.I.P. Ticket- ships in here from Laurel takes the blinkers off and if 4 for 4 over a sloppy track. Very Dangerous here.
3- Fried Rice King 15-1 (Long Shot of the Day)- Loved him 2 back when taking a nosedive down in for clms of 16k where he won by 2 length beating Blood Moon who is doing real well. 1st time off the claim they jumped him up to alw of 50k where he ran well only losing by 3 lengths to the winner, but that was going a mile, which I think was too short for him, the more distance the better. He was entered for 16k the other day and scratched comes in here at a big price and gets that mile and an eight distance back where he is 1 for 2 in the money. My only concern here is if he can handle a sloppy track.
5 First Line- is coming off two real bad races but when it comes to the Orlando Nada barn you never can count him out. He had this 3 year old entered for the Travers over at Saratoga this year but then scratched him, that's how much high hopes this barn has for this horse, and then 2 back ran him in the Jim Dandy. Expecting him to take a big step forward today and get back on track. If there was issues with him they would have dropped him in for a tag. Barn places his horses were there going to win and where they belong.
4- Mischief Afoot- is also coming off a bad race but was 6 wide turning for home and thinks he will also bounce back here with getting Jose Oriz aboard today where he gets off the 5 to ride here.
2-Unbridled John- Should be the main speed in here after scoring his highest buyer of his career of a 71 last time out when trying to take it wire to wire and just getting nailed at the wire just missing at this level. Barn has been doing very well.
9 Tri Saint Lorenzo- Two back I liked him but thought 6 in a half was two short for him, Love how they stretch him back out to a mile, add blinkers and drop him into the 25k level today. Also drops some weight off with getting Apprentice jockey Cardenas back aboard. If the 6 and 2 get into a speed Duel the race can set up perfectly for him.
6- Tiz Envy 12-1- Comes in here turf to Dirt and cuts back to a mile where he did show some speed two back, and i think will be the only other one in here with speed with the 2. I do have some question marks on him being only 1 for 10 in the money so far, but takes a drop down in class and will face an easier company today.
3- Confectioner 15-1- Drops back down to the 25k level today were he was right in the thick of things two back, as well as facing a much easier bunch today. Barn always dangerous at a big price.
